El Instituto IMDEA Alimentación , centro de Investigación en Nutrición, Alimentación y Salud, perteneciente a la red IMDEA de la Comunidad de Madrid, a través de su Plataforma de Genómica Nutricional y Alimentación “GENYAL”, comenzará a primeros de octubre un nuevo Estudio de Intervención Nutricional .

El objetivo del mismo es determinar el efecto del consumo diario de galletas enriquecidas con pinitol (derivado de los carbohidratos presente naturalmente en leguminosas) sobre la evolución del perfil glucémico post-prandial y a medio plazo en población pre-senior y senior.
